Day 1 : Port Blair - City Tour

Our representative will receive from Port Blair airport and escort you to check-in to the hotel. After lunch, start the breathtaking trip to Cellular Jail- a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people, Carbyn’s cove Beach- one of the most picturesque, coconut palm fringed beach which is 7 km from Port Blair. In the evening, enjoy the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2 : Port Blair - Havelock – Radhanagar

After breakfast, board Private Cruise for Havelock Island. Our representative will receive from Havelock jetty and escort you to check-in to the hotel. After a little relax, proceed for famous Radhanagar Beach which is rated the # among the finest beach in Asia. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach. Overnight stay at Havelock.

Day 3 : Havelock – Kalapathar & Elephanta Beach (Boat Tickets Party Own Payment)

After breakfast, proceed for *Kalapathar Beach* which is located in one corner of the Havelock Island surrounded by thick forests and excellent for solitude seekers and guest looking to do a bit of bird photography. The emerald seas, the tropical forests on one side of the road, the *Kalapathar (black rocks)* that decorates the coastline, the silken smooth silver sands and the sheer solitude makes this beach a great place to relax. *Overnight stay at Havelock.*.

Day 4 : Neil - Port Blair

After breakfast, *board Private Cruise * and return to Port Blair. *Overnight stay at Port Blair.*

Day 5: Port Blair – Airport dropping

Dropping to airport with memories and terrific holiday at Andaman Island.

ince the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar is under the restricted area category, please carry a valid photo identity proof for all the travelers issued from competent authorities.
Our representative will hold the placard outside the exit gate of the Airport.
Check out time at most of the hotels in Port Blair / Havelock / Neil Island is 0800 hrs. Late checkout as per availability only, although guaranteed check out is possible paying 50% of the room charges.
Issues regarding child age to be settled with hotels directly.
We do not book any of our guests to Havelock / Neil in govt. ferry, until and unless there is an emergency or disruption, we may shift the guest to govt. ferry to Havelock & Neil Island.

Note: We may reshuffle the above suggested itinerary as per the cruise tickets booking to Havelock and Neil Island.

Please note: The guests are requested to follow the check-in & check-out timings of their respective hotels / resorts.

Payment Policy :

50 % of the package amount at the time of booking
Balance amount 07 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy :

Booking Cancelled on or before 30 days of arrival: 05% retention as retention charge.
Booking Cancelled in between 30 to 07 days of arrival: 50% of the booking amount as retention charge.
Booking Cancelled within 07 days of arrival: full amount as retention charge.
Any booking for peak season (15 Dec to 15 Jan) : No refund.
No refund will be made for unused room nights.

Important Trip Advisory :

Please share your contact numbers with the Tour Manager soon after the arrival and check-in at the hotel
Please adhere to the timing given by Tour Executive or Tour Manager for convenient and comfortable tour.
Low luggage is always advisable for an easy journey
Do not leave any personal items in ferry or vehicle.
Vehicle provided is exclusively for the sightseeing and transfers only. Any additional usage will cost extra.
Your itinerary may be changed from the previous one due to Government Holidays, Weather Conditions, Cancellation / time change of ferry.
Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing to Havelock and Neil Island by government ferry, a fixed seat is not possible sometimes and you may have to travel on deck.
Seats are fixed and confirmed on private cruise (ITT Majestic / Green Ocean Cruise) as per the class mentioned during the booking. Any upgrade to higher class will cost extra.
Ferry timing to Havelock and Neil Island are subjected to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest extent and provide you with appropriate back-up plan.
Always take care of your personal belongings, electronic gadgets and travel documents.
Carry good pair of swim suites / dress during your visit to beaches and sports shoes for Baratang trip.
Carry original ID Proof.
